They have been used from ancient times to now to treat various kind of pain and anxiety, aches and
even acne. Some peoples also named it as natural remedies or home remedies for this kind of problems. They come to us after the process of extraction which includes steam distillation, resin tapping and cod pressing, the purest essential oils are far more powerful than the botanicals from which they come.

Peppermint (Pudina)
Peppermint is a hybrid mint, a cross between watermint and spearmint. Smelling the peppermint essential oil will make you feel more alert and will improve your energy and performance.

Lemon

Mix it with a carrier oil to fight off athlete's foot, acne, and dandruff, or add a couple of drops to a squirt of your shampoo.
