The lavender oil:

Lemon essential oil smells just like that of fruit, which has a bright, cheery, and little bit of tart aroma. Folded varieties are indeed better for soap making and have a stronger sticking power. While making soap one wants to use steam distilled lemon essential oil as the aroma that is present is strong gives a fresh feeling.
Cedarwood essential oil:
Cedarwood varieties range from woody and sweet to dry and smoky. The most famous varieties of cedarwood are Atlas, Himalayan, and Virginian. Not all cedarwood essential oils are actually cedar varieties. Sometimes it can be mixed as well. Using various cedarwood varieties can indeed add a wonderful dry and woodsy base note to blends.
Dark patchouli essential oil
Patchouli essential oil is indeed warm, earthy, musky, and has a sweet aroma. Dark Patchouli is rich in scent, whereas light patchouli has a lighter scent. Unlike many other essential oils, patchouli gets better with age, and the varieties that are kept for many years go for a premium. Essential oils for soap should be given as per the requirement so that the smell remains sweet and does not become rough for the one using it.
